Working Out Timer Privacy Policy

Working Out Timer (shown as WorkoutTimer on your device) works on your device. The app does not require an account and does not send your workout data to Hooman Shahidi.

Information stored by the app

The app stores your last-used timer configurations, sound and haptic preferences, active session state, and workout history on your device. History includes the timer mode, configuration, start and finish times, and result summary. This information is used to run your timers, restore an active session, and show your history.

Information sent from the app

This version does not include accounts, advertising, analytics, third-party software development kits, or a developer-operated server. The app does not send your workout data to the publisher or sell it to others.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules local timer notifications on your device. You can turn off its notification permission in your device’s Settings app. Notification delivery is controlled by iOS or iPadOS and your device settings.

Retention and deletion

App data remains on your device until removed by the app or by deleting the app. This version does not have an in-app control to delete individual history records. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Depending on your Apple backup settings, device backups may contain app data; you can manage those backups through Apple’s settings and services.

Contact and support messages

If you email shahidi.h.13@gmail.com, your email address and the information you choose to send will be used to respond to your request. You may ask for those support messages to be deleted by emailing the same address. Email is handled by your and the publisher’s email providers under their own policies.

These web pages

When you visit the Support or Privacy Policy page, the website’s hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, and use security cookies or scripts to protect the site. The pages do not add advertising or analytics code. Visiting these pages does not transmit the workout history stored in the app.

Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date before those changes are released.
